I found the hotel to be a fantastic value, just a few steps from Praca das Bandeiras and a short walk to the wonderful Pinacotheca Benedicto Calixto, making my city explorations so much easier and enjoyable. even though the walls were quite thin, I managed to have a great time soaking up the local atmosphere during my stay.

The place is a gem! Super clean with a view that makes you feel like a queen. Plus, the bathroom was so fancy that I almost considered taking a selfie in the shower!

But honestly, if water leakage was an Olympic sport, my bathroom would take gold. And those pillows? I needed an entire farm to be comfortable!

The staff is really top-notch, always going that extra mile. My sister had her wedding there and after I had to deal with an emergency, they showed genuine concern and helped me out in every way possible.

The conditions in the room made for an unpleasant stay. A fungal smell lingered, making it hard to breathe comfortably. The phone didn’t work, and I noticed a huge lack of basic amenities, like proper space for toiletries in the shower area. The towels were of terrible quality, and the space felt cramped with an empty conditioner container occupying valuable room. Plus, the absence of hooks for hanging clothes was frustrating. It felt overpriced without breakfast inclusion.

I stayed here for 4 nights during my sister's wedding, then faced an unplanned surgery. The staff were super caring and always went out of their way to help me. Clean room with a nice city view and the breakfast was way better than expected for this kind of place. Just wish check-in was quicker.
