The location was quite convenient with easy access to the beach and various dining options nearby. The breakfast was satisfactory, providing a simple yet decent start to the day. However, the air conditioning was an issue, blowing in dirty air, which was disappointing. Overall, the room was decent but could use some improvements.

ocean view, well-located, reasonable room prices
The air conditioning needs cleaning for better air quality!!! The shower space is cramped and could use better organization for toiletries!!! Also, the parking situation is tricky due to the steep ramp!!!

stroll to parks and cultural landmarks in beautiful santos
I found the hotel to be a fantastic value, just a few steps from Praca das Bandeiras and a short walk to the wonderful Pinacotheca Benedicto Calixto, making my city explorations so much easier and enjoyable. even though the walls were quite thin, I managed to have a great time soaking up the local atmosphere during my stay.

The place is a gem! Super clean with a view that makes you feel like a queen. Plus, the bathroom was so fancy that I almost considered taking a selfie in the shower!
But honestly, if water leakage was an Olympic sport, my bathroom would take gold. And those pillows? I needed an entire farm to be comfortable!

The room had a decent size but definitely felt basic—classic Ibis vibes. It was clean, and the bed was comfy enough, but I noticed the walls are super thin. I could hear conversations from other rooms, which was kind of annoying. But it looked fine overall, just an old hotel feel. Nice city view, though!

The city view was nice but the noise from the street could be bothersome.

Recommend it for a family getaway
The staff is really top-notch, always going that extra mile. My sister had her wedding there and after I had to deal with an emergency, they showed genuine concern and helped me out in every way possible.
It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for, right?

missingWrote a review on 19 Mayhonest breakfastbeach accessbad cleanliness
The hotel offers a simple breakfast, which feels honest and fills the gap without pretense. It's conveniently located just 100 meters from the beach, making it an easy walk for some sandy fun.
The conditions in the room made for an unpleasant stay. A fungal smell lingered, making it hard to breathe comfortably. The phone didn’t work, and I noticed a huge lack of basic amenities, like proper space for toiletries in the shower area. The towels were of terrible quality, and the space felt cramped with an empty conditioner container occupying valuable room. Plus, the absence of hooks for hanging clothes was frustrating. It felt overpriced without breakfast inclusion.

Comfort in tough times
I stayed here for 4 nights during my sister's wedding, then faced an unplanned surgery. The staff were super caring and always went out of their way to help me. Clean room with a nice city view and the breakfast was way better than expected for this kind of place. Just wish check-in was quicker.
